Community is vital in sustaining interest and growth around a musical. By creating a forum where both the company and the fans can communicate and learn, the production can build a loyal following. Cyclically through the fan support, it allows us multiple ways to receive feedback and to keep giving back. Sharing reciprocated interactive content like videos, audio clips, etc. with each other not only diversifies content but also broadens the reach of the musical beyond the stage and enables the audience to reach us and each other in ways they can’t in theatre.
